Jolly Shows at the 2014 Lake Forest Mall Carnival

On Wednesday the 21st of May I went to the  Jolly Shows Carnival at the Lake forest Mall with some friends from High  school
Here's the trip report
$2 admission, $25 for unlimited Ride wristband plus infrared hand stamp thing

Major Rides included: Refurbished Fabbri Wheel themed World Wheel with repainted Dark green towers, with neon green wheel center and spokes, each tub is solid white, but they have a wrap of a flag on them Like Brazil,Jamaica,France,Britain,USA, and 12 other flags of country's, Guess it honors the US State Department, Fabbri Kamikaze themed Samurai but it was down for maintenance with platform stuff everywhere, may have been a Bearing or something, Street Fighter, it was "out of order" Round Up, the guy was fixing burned out turbos and Florescent tubes on the centerpiece, it opened around 8 pm, Eli Bridge Fan Blade classic Scrambler with LEDS (refurbished for 2013) Navy Seal themed Paratrooper, it Honors the US Naval Academy, it also has LEDS ( refurbished for 2013), Majestic Rock N Cars ( Themed Bumper Cars,acquired in mid 2013 season ) Chance Zipper, Sellner Tilt A Whirl, Wisdom UFO Area 51 ( Gravitron) Owens Mardi Gras glass house
Children's rides were: Dragon Wagon, Wiggle Wurm, Surfin Slide ( refurbished and fitted with denny's LEDS for 2014) Carousel, Candy Land swing ( refurbished and fitted with LEDS for 2013), Bear Affair, Midi Tea Cups, Hip Hop kiddie drop tower, Peter Paul Dragons, Herschell Helicopters, Speedway, Jungle Mania themed Raiders walk through, and lastly a newly acquired Eli kiddie wheel themed Wagon Wheel 
So in total about 11 big rides, and 13 smaller rides, so a total of 24 rides or so on the lot.
Games were on the rear side of the lot: Bottle Up, Duck Pond, Racer,Balloon darts, Gold fish, High striker, and one or 2 other games
Food trailers were located between the rides and most of the games: Sweet Treats, Funnel Cakes, Fries and dogs, Ice cream

  2. The Lake Forest Mall Carnival looked joyful and enjoyable. I really like attending such events with my kids at local event space NYC. They love fun rides and yummy food over there. I wish I could have attended this one too!
